Private Sessions

These 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions are tailored to your unique needs and take place near Kendal, in the South Lakes, or online. Most people book an ongoing course of sessions, but they can be scheduled 'as needed' (usually alongside an 8-week online or in-person course). Sessions are based on Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, a scientifically validated adjunctive treatment for CPTSD.
